I contact Studios Pros Via Email, sending them a Contact request about a Nylon Guitar recording I had, for a song which I was remixing, and I came in contact with Kelly Bumford, she assured me that they could get the track recorded as I wanted and deliver it no later than 48 hours, so The email was sent on 9/10/13, and the files was sent over on 9/11/13
After sending the filed I did contact Kelly Bumford and she assured me 100% that the files will be delivered to me no later than 9/13/13, and they work with the best of the best, and I have nothing to worry about.
So Friday 9/13/13 came, and I did not hear a word or any email from these people, so I started contacting them several time, so after 6 hours wait Kelly Bumford contacted me, and told me that the recordings was not going to get delivered on time, and it would be aonther 48 hours late, in fact this is the email she sent me on Friday night late, :
Hi Art,
Just wanted to let you know we'll have this for you Sunday evening. I wanted to get the best player for the project, I apologize if that caused any issue.

Then the correct business conduct would have been, I had sent you the original track and you told us that you can do it,
so instead of saying yes, or assuming that you can do it, you should have sent my file to couple of your players, and then answered my email afterwards, what you did was nothing other than bad business, and unprofessionalism, nothing else, I can think of, maybe this will teach you a lesson or two

We are sorry to see that you are unhappy with our service.
We have already recorded two songs for you in the past, that you really liked. It's very sad for us to lose a repeating customer such as yourself.
We had tried to send your guitar project to 3 of our guitarists, but all of them told us that the track is impossible to reproduce according to your instructions. We have cancelled the project and the refund has been given in full prior to this complaint via paypal.

We have processed the refund on 9/16 and according to paypal, it will be cleared by 9/19.
Here are the original instructions sent by Art Tawanghar to our musicians:
"The original Track is matched to the tempo mentioned above, it is EXTREME urgent that it is a 100% exact as the Original, match, anything less than the original 100% match WILL be rejected, and not accepted, When we mention 100% match means with every single detail and note which is pretty obvious on the original track, so the file you would be sending is 1 track Chords, 1 track melody in 44.1 24bit, again exact match is everything here, the files I have provided separate tracks, start all provided tracks at one exact location and they should all match, I have even provided the click track for your convenience, but we can not emphasize enough on the 100% match.
