Suman Varanasi, in 2004, running a software consultancy called Zenstra Solutions (www.zenstra.com) offered me a job as software consultant and enticed me into giving him $3150 as a fee towards future employment based permanent residency. He even gave me an offer letter on the letter head of his company bearing his signature in ink and I have the photocopy of the check that cleared in his company's name issue by my bank (Citibank).

There after he started the scam by giving me wild excuses about the delay in processing of my application and then he won't even answer my emails or phone calls. He answer my email once I threatened legal action against him but he still didn't return the money. I have all the proofs and I have all the saved email correspondence. I observed at this link: http://www.ripoffreport.com/Search/suman-varanasi.aspx

that he has duped and ripped off other people too. If you have been at his receiving end or are a lawyer who could help me or are someone who knows where he could be traced, pleaase contact me by using the rebuttal box below.

Hope to find him and bring him to justice.

His webiste zenstra.com was down for a few weeks before coming back up again but it no longer bears his name. But if you go to regiter.com and enter the website name: zenstra.com it still shows his old address and his name under which its is registered.

Here's how to avoid this obvious scam(obvious to anyone with a functioning brain stem) in the future. The "employee" does NOT pay the "employer". It works the other way around. HE pays YOU! Why would anyone think giving $$ to the person you are supposedly going to work for is the correct way of getting the job. That would be like me paying my customers for the priviledge of repairing their cars. DUH!
