If you want to waste your time and money then go and buy a home from builder Sumeer Home Inc. They make third class quality houses. within 2 years you will hear lots of chirping sounds of wood cracking. their warrnty is useless. they are very hard to be contacted for warranties. morever sales manager Krish Bhatia is a very rude and unprofessional guy. In all his dealings and initial meetings he pretends to be nice but after that he goes very rude. Overall experience of dealing with him will leave you in a big regret in lifetime of buying a home.
First and foremost. you have to deal with this unprofessional Krish Bhatia and then on top of that you dont get good value of the home.
