I have taken the vehicle back to Summit Collision Car Repair in Lexington, SC (twice) and each time they have NOT delivered on their promises to fix and repair the car properly.

On/About December 12, 2013 the car was delivered to Summit Collision (Lexington, SC) at Jim Ford Hudson for repairs. They took over 2 months and i had to rent a car out of pocket after 30 days.

My insurance company has complained to their management, and they were rude and abrupt and not willing to make the car repairs needed to make the car look and drive properly.  All i want is theis car to be fixed and repaird properly and they refuse. And there is a COMPLAINT filed with the local BB Better Business Bureaus.

On/About February 7, 2014, the car was released as finished...it had issues.

1. Paint did not match.

2. Door alignment not right.

3. Hood crooked.

4. Excessive "oranage-peel" paint mis-match

5. Wheels damaged and chipped.

6. Excessive paint fumes inside vehicle - undrivable.

7. Under hood area's over-painted

8. Mounting "optional" license plate holder on front AFTER being asked NOT to... no front plate here.

On/About February 10th, 2014 I returned the car for re-finishing and I received it back one week later with most repairs re-done, but the vehicle incurred additional issues and damage.

1. Some of the paint tape lines are now present.

2. They left chips and paint lines in the doors and front bumper

3. They deodorized the car with a perfume based masking agent to cover up the paint fumes...causeing allergic reaction to my wife - DID THIS WITHOUT PERMISSION.

4. My keyless door locks stopped working after 2nd repair.

5. The front alignment is off, car will not drive straight - tends to drigt side to side

I have pictures to to document my remaining paint issues.

Companies should not be able to treat customers this way and if my insurance paid them in full i am sure they would have been happy to make the car right...
