SUMMIT LEGAL GROUP, P.A. Solomon, Randy Baker, Aren, and of Specialized Legal Solutions Mike Savage, and Tony DiRizziano FRAUDULENT THIEVES THAT SCAM AND TAKE YOUR MONEY WITH NO HELP AND CHANGED PHONE NUMBER AND IS NOW DIFFERENT COMPANY Boca Raton, Florida
I was referred to Specialized Legal Solutions and Originally spoke to Tony DiRizziano @302-504-4529 to get all my info, and then shuffled to Mike Savage in Underwriting @302-504-4526, 877-842-3461 (302 is a DELAWARE area code)
Between Tony, and Mike all was explained what they would help me do as to restructure my currrent loan and bring everything current while lowering my monthly mortgage payments. Great to hear, but ALL WAS A LIE!
I was then pawned off to SOLOMON @561-864-6400, 877-493-5080 in Boca Raton, FL. where my calls were not returned, he was on the other line, on with the bank, out of the office, will be in later due to car trouble and not one return call. I was always calling him.
The few times I was able to speak with him, it was because it was down to the wire and needed to do something quick because there was an imminent auction date. Solomon then instructed my husband to RUSH downtown to file bankruptcy to stop the sale of my home.
At 415 pm on a FRIDAY? So my husband took off work on a Monday, and went there first thing. Paid the $50 processing fee and was told to fax the paperwork to him as soon as its done. Solomon stated he would handle talking to my lender and we need not to worry...ALL LIES!!
Passed onto Aren In "PROCESSING" supposedly the final stages to getting the restructure. Lies again!
Bottom line is this Specialized Legal Services and Summit Legal Solutions are one in the same and STEAL your $2700..yes $2700 then do absolutely NOTHING to help and now we may lose our house! I am headed to the TX state attorney's office on Monday (8/8/11) along with filing a report with the F.B.I.
Now when you call the number(s) to Solomon, a DIFFERENT COMPANY named "medicare guru" answers...they have skipped town with my money and any hopes of saving my home. PLEASE STAY AWAY! If ANYONE has any information that they can give me on how to nail these scamming thieves please respond to this and let's get them together and put them under the jail!

ANYONE you know that has been scammed by William T. O'Toole and his company, SUMMIT LEGAL GROUP, P.A. please call 561-210-5717...Tell your story and join the class action lawsuit! We need MORE people ASAP!
Tell EVERYONE YOU KNOW! If you wish to get your $$$ back then join the suit TODAY! Don't let this happen to another person!

You are not alone.
William O'Toole of Summit Legal has been suspended from the practice of law. Hence, they cannot use that name any longer. The last time I called, they answered the phone "legal".
Randy Baker, Solomon Macari, and Aren Anderton (aka Aren Baker) were part of Baker, Kennedy, and Associates. That firm is being sued by the Florida AG. You can contact Carol DeGraffenreidt in the West Palm Beach office to get the particulars.
You can try to get your money back by contacting the Florida Bar at their website. Go to For the Public and then to the Clients' Security Fund.
Julie Kay at the Daily Business Review and Kimberly Miller at the Palm Beach Post have been following this story, as has been WSVN Television in Miami. Feel free to contact them.
Put in complaints with the Florida Bar and the Florida Attorney General.
Although progress has been made during the past month, we won't rest until these crooks are brought to justice.
