We are sorry this happened to you and that you feel this way. Please note and understand that while you were on presentation with us you had the option to choose non-alcholic beverages or just say "no thank you" if you felt you had drank too much. As we have expressed before, we offer soda, water, coffee, tea, etc to anyone who requests it. You could have also chosen our non alcholic pina coladas or margaritas as well. We do not force anybody to drink. Now with that being said, I would like to move on to the real issue that you have posted. As you are aware the address in Miami is only a PO Box and then the mail received there is forwarded to us here in Mexico. For this reason, we probably did not show your letter being received yet. In your complaint you have listed a fictious name and not your real name. In order to continue looking into your concerns we are going to need you to contact us with your real name and membership ID number (contract number).
