Sunshine Fabricators SUNSHINE FABRICTORS IS A BIG SCAM. BE CAREFUL Hallandale, Florida
In October 2006, I had an agreement that Sunshine fabricators, Nick Small owner will produce a snow cone cart for me. Our agreement stated that he will deliver the plans for the cart in order to insure that it would be build to regulatory and compliance standards. Both the plants and the cart were too delivered to me, within 14 days from the date of the payment that was made in October 10, 2006. I paid Nick Small (owner) the amount of $ 2300.00 USD.
I called Nick Small after 14 days but he never answers the phone so I left a message. Finally after calling him for several months and chasing him and contacted the State Attorney office, the BBB and the police, he delivery a cart. The cart was defected because he doesn't know how to make these carts. Also he never deliver the plans and the Bill of Sale.
When I report him to BBB and other agencies and try to closed his listing on EBay, people start to sent me email with complains and also asking for help because this guy took their money and never shipped the carts to them. Nick tried to avoid criminal charges and start to shipped the carts to people but defective carts because he doesn't have any clue how to make vending carts. Sunshine Fabricators (Nick-Owner) has complains all over the country for taking money and delivery Junk.
Sunshine Fabricator is a big scam, The owner Nick doesn't have any idea of h*e make hot dog carts. Check the Better Business Bureau before you do business with this guy Nick. Hes a liar and sends you a junk!

I'm still waiting for my refund because my cart is of no used for me. This was a bad experience again contact the Better Business Bureau before do anything with that company.

I found him on EBAY by EBay closed his account after all complains about the company and Nick Small. Sunshine Fabricator is a big scam; the owner Nick doesn't have any idea of how make vending carts. Check the Better Business Bureau -BBB- before you do business with this guy. Nick is a good scam artist and a liar and when he got your money he send you junk! Hes product is junk! BECAREFUL. SUNSHINE FABRICTORS IS A BIG SCAM. If you are a victim of these scams by people in this industry and want to make a difference changing the laws, so they become regulate it, license and insure so the consumer will be covered by a bond in case of any problem including malfunction of any cart.
