Super Jet Vanlines AKA Moving & Storage Accounting Services Inc. Worst Moving Company Ever Encountered; LIARS, DISHONEST, THIEVES;NEVER DELIVERED WHAT THEY PROMISED TO OR WERE PAID FOR Clifton New Jersey
The company more than doubled the initial price quoted to us. We paid to have our belongings wrapped, packed/boxed, labeled and itemized for a long distance move from New Jersey to Florida. On the day of our NJ pickup, they were supposed to pick us up at 9AM but did not show up until 6pm that evening; 9 hours late. They were supposed to send a crew to pack a 2600 sq foot home, but sent 2 guys in sandals to do the job which lasted until 8 am the next morning when the price for the job also more than doubled. We didn't receive our belongings for more than a week later and only received half of our items..Our items were never labeled but mixed and thrown in with other moving jobs. Our items were never packed properly but were thrown into boxes, and many items were broken. We had to wait for another 2 weeks before receiving some of our other items. During this entire experience their Rep known as Jason was unprofessional, threatening, and only demanded money for services that they never provided to us...This Jason also uses other names such as Ryan, he also cursed us and had absolutely no customer service etiquette nor did the right thing for his company screw up. We paid them in full on the second delivery and are still missing big ticket items such as a bed frame, a flat screen television, a patio table to mention a few. It is more than a week now, and we still do not have our remaining items, and unfortunately we this company mess up we have someone else's personal boxed belongings that seem to be heirloom items I am sure someone somewhere is extremely upset about. This was the worst experience I ever experienced in my life with any company. No customer service, only threats we received with this money hungry Jason. This company never compensated us for their lack of services that we paid for nor did they try to do the right thing for us. Their rep Jason treated us like we were criminals, and he had the mentality of someone from a collections company from the beginning. What a terrible and unfortunate experience for us.
