I feel other potential customers NEED to know my very poor experience with Super Smart Electronics. I purchased a CISS from this company, received it, and installed it. I did experience poor print quality and contacted Alexander through email. His replies to my professional emails were very unprofessional, and rude. He was not willing to help me, and went so far as to be insulting in a childish manner.
My $70 CISS continues to disappoint, only black prints decently.
I would not purchase from them again. Their return policy is not honored, and they are not interested in helping after the sale, only getting your money.
Find what you want, then buy it SOMEWHERE ELSE. There are other professional, courteous companies out there.
