We at Super T Karate are grieved to see this report, and feel that it is a misrepresentation of our business and us as people. Though we know who gave this report, we do intend to protect her identity by not using her name here. She is correct in saying that we have a 36 month agreement that can be cancelled with a 90 day written notice. Our policy is not to shorten that at all, however, in light of the life situations she is speaking of, we allowed them to move down to a 60 day written notice to cancel.
When they decided it was time to cancel the membership, regrettably our billing company did make a mistake and charge them for a third month after they cancelled, but as soon as this was brought to our attention we reimbursed the money that was overcharged and apologized profusely.
At Super T Karate, we always put our students first, as we did with the friend she speaks of, who, even though many months behind on payments, we allowed her son to continue training with us while she got caught up, which she never has, and despite our rights to do so, we have NOT pursued payments.
Before believing a ripoff report anywhere, check the facts and get a clear vision of both sides of the story.
Thank you,
Super T Karate Staff.
