I took out a payday loan from a repetable company, and started seeing 1 cent being added to my account for 2 to 3 days. When I called my Credit Union, they stated there was nothing they could do, but the phone number of the company was there. I called the company and complained that I have never authorized them to have anything to do with my bank account and to cease. Well, I look at my statement today, and they took $30.00 from account.
I sent an Email to them this morning asking them to return the money, but have heard nothing back from them. So, now I am following up with my Credit Union and requesting to escalate this. I have also taken the advise of Ripoff Report and asked for a Federal Regulation Form E to be sent to me so I can get this stopped. I am afraid that they have my infomation and will drain my account.
Hope this helps others with this same problem. Be wary of payday loans online for one, and pay attention to your account.
