SureHealth - lans Alexander Diaz ripoff lies false representation of product omission of vital facts Plantation Florida
When I received the material for this plan in the mail, I was shocked, to say the least, that I had signed up for some association. According to Alexander Diaz, the person who offered me this insurance, never mentioned an association with health benefits. He told me about the $250,000 lifetime limit, but mentioned nothing about the $20,000 yearly limit.
He also neglected to mention limitations on annual visits, nor did he tell me that preventive care visits, which was one of the things discussed during our initial conversation, are not covered at all according to the booklet I received. When I asked about co-pay, he said there is none. You just go to any doctor of your choice and you're covered.
This statement is quite to the contrary to the $20.00 maximum benefit per visit as stated in the booklet I received. Alexander Diaz made the same statement about hospital visits. you're covered. No mention of the maximum benefits and/or limitations. It was also not until I received the booklet that I learned of a monthly fee as well as the fact that coverage ceases at the age of 70. Alexander lied by omission and in some cases he just lied out right.
I decided to give Alexander a call after receiving the packet in the mail. He assured me that the plan I signed up for is a $1mil plan. He also advised me that I have the option of making a $25.00 co-pay on doctor's visit, which would give me unlimited coverage, versus limited coverage and no co-pay. When I continued asking questions, he finally said that he would send me an e-mail explaining in detail just how it works. I am still waiting..
I understand from 4 other reports I have found that this company is not the only one run by the same people.
