Sureasy Tracked While Using VPN, Company Called Me Racist Term Toronto, Canada Internet
This company sells VPN services that are supposed to keep you safe and secure from being tracked but I noticed that not only was I seeing their ads following me around online when I surfed, but I started seeing other ads from companies that should have been excluded since their VPN is supposed to protect me. This "discreet" VPN service is a complete joke and when I called to complain, I heard someone using a racial term repeatedly in the background. When I asked the guy on the phone what was going on he told me that it wasn't him but seemed unfazed.
I asked around and you shouldn't be seeing the company you buy VPN services from tracking you. It goes against what the company is supposed to protect you from and they refuse to answer to my queries whenever I e-mail them, call them or reach out on Twitter.
