Ordered button snaps online.  Received email confirmation 11/18/14 advising will receive another email when shipped.  On 12/6/14 sent email to request order status, no response.  Today, 12/20/14 call customer service at 888-303-8586 no answer.  Luckily my order was only $16.95, I have seen where others lost larger sums.  I have not been able to find this item anywhere else and really need it for my project.  Shame on these people.  Hope this helps protect others from being scammed by them.

On 12/2/2015 order # 21319 was submitted to Surplus Online Seats and More for 4 items equaling 365.19. As of November 20th none of the items were delivered. Upon calling the company the man that answered said that he had sent an email on Nov.3rd telling me that the order would take 3weeks.

I have no record of that email anywhere. His attitude was totally condescending as if i had no right to ask. He said he had 3 of the items but wasnt going to send any of them till the last item was obtained, a mattress whichwas holdoing the others up. He said that woulb be in on the 3rd or 4th of December . 

From that point no response was given so i called again on the Dec 4th , 3pm central time. Again the same man as before took the call after i was transferred . Again the same condescending attitude as though it was just tough s__t that i hadnt recieved anything or any notification. I have a copy of all my emails so i dont want to hear someone sent one. This time he made a mistake and said 3 of the items were there but not the water tank, instead as before, the mattress. He told  me the man that knew the answer was in the library and he would call me back. I guess that must have seen funny. Usually that means someone is taking a dump.

At that point i asked him if he thought this was really a decent way to treat a customer and handle business. He seemed more interested in engaging in an argument than doing his job. 

I try to run a RV and Trailor restoration company and people expect us to complete projects on time. I have never found this so called email from the 3rd of November so all i know is that no one really ever gave a darn about whether i was concerned or not. The whole attitude was youll get it when we are ready and if you dont like it youll just be, as he said "out of parts" when i told him i would have to cancel the order.

I have never seen a representative of a company so willfully portray to a customer such a "I dont give a S__T attitude. And i mean that word as strong as possible. 

I will go completely out of my way now to report  this company to every ear that will hear. We lost time between November 3rd and December 4th on this company. I didnt expect anything in less that a week but ot seems to me someone should have give a darn enough to try to contact us so we clould plan for our customers. 

I hope no one else has to suffer at the hands of this company or this man. Its no wonder this country is failing when people treat their job with such arrogance.

I received a personal phone call from Robert Vogelzang the President of RV Marketing Inc. the parent company of Surplus Online with sincere apologies for my oder becoming misplaced in their system.  He personnally took the time to locate my order so as to contact me.  He then confirmed whether I still needed the order or desired a refund.  Since I have not been able to find these elsewhere to date I definitely still need the order to complete my project.  I am very happy to report that my buttons arrived today and they are perfect!  Thank you, Mr. Vogelzang.
