Lets get real. Should you try to buy a car if you didn't even have $60.00 to your name. They did you a favor. You would have had that car repossessed.

"to make sure that i would qualitify" You started this ball rolling by using your mother as a mule to get financing. YOU are the one who should have been attending to her condition - not some business.

What happened to yoru mother sounds like a CYBERSCAM to me. Please tell your mother that she can NOT believe everything she sees or hears or reads on the Internet. And since phones are so mobile, how can you guys even be sure that you are talking to a REAL dealership instead of some guy with a cell phone and a laptop that he can sit up anywhere and say anything. Was your mother out any money from her purse for this scheme? If she was, contact the attorney genera's fraud division in your state. They LOVE to go after thugs who same senior citizens. If not, just count yourself lucky. IF these people even had any cars to sell at all, you guys would have probably got one that would have fallen apart or stopped running once you got it off their lot if they even had one... And you would have paid EXTREMELY HIGH RATES OF FINANCING FOR IT and MAYBE paid the principal eventually --- after the car wore out. $60 for a cab ride sounds OUTRAGEOUS! And you spent money you did not have to take a cab to go to what you thought was a legitimate car lot to look at a car for your mother? HOW were you guys going to PAY for this car? You can't afford cab fare. Coudln't you find someplace closer to your home who would work with you and buy a car from them? Don't you have a family member who would let you use theirs? DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT YOU READ ON THE INTERNET UNLESS YOU CHECK IT OUT. THIS SOUNDS LIKE A VERY OLD GYPSY SCAM AND YOU ARE VERY LUCKY THAT $60 WAS ALL YOU LOST! I have heard about car lots that sell you a junker car that barely runs at a price much higher than what they paid for it and then they wait until you can't pay them anymore and then they come and take the car and now they have you money AND the car which they fix up again so somebody else gets RIPPED OFF! Be sure you warn you mother about the liars, scam artists and crooks that are in cyberspace these days and for her NOT TO EVER PUT HER PERSONAL FINANCIAL INFORMATION ON THE INTERNET, NOT HER REAL NAME, CERTAINLY NOT HER REAL DATE OF BIRTH AND NOT THEY PHSYCIAL ADDRESS WHERE YOU GUYS LIVE! Maybe you need to supervise her internet use and block certain sites so she can't get ripped off or meet a predator os something!
