Joe Richey aka Richey Wholesale aka Swapselltrade.com ripoff, scam, doesn't respond or hangs up ripoff artists Hillsboro Oregon
I also had vacation certificates from Ebay for free airfare with stay at certain hotels. When I finally did get in contact with a human, they claimed richey wholesale went out of business a year and a half ago, they were swapselltrade.com, and they refused to listen to me and hung up the phone.
In an earlier email to joe richey, the automated response also had swapselltrade, as well as joe richey.com on the form--the person I spoke with hung up the phone when I mentioned this. Do not waste your time or money.

Sorry to hear your report however we closed Richeywholesale.com right around Sept 2002 Sorry we never sold these offers and we suggest you contact the person you bought your package from for a refund. If you paid us any monies directly to Richey Wholesale which would make you a customer please document proof via fax to 503-693-3102 and include your complete name and mailing address and we will cheerfully rufund any monies paid to Richey Wholesale. Hope that helps.
