SWFL Pool Service agreed to provide monthly service to my pool (pool vacuumed, baskets emptied, walls brushed, surface skimmed monthly, and chemicals checked & maintained weekly) for $65/month while I was traveling. In July 2014, SWFL notified me that the pool pump had failed and needed replacement. I authorized reeplacement and installation of a new pump and motor, and paid SWFL Pool $568.55 for the job. Four months later, when I returned, I discovered a green cloudy, sick pool and the brand new Hayward Max Flo pool pump partially installed and inoperative, clearly indicating that it had never been run. SWFL reefuses to reimburse me for the three months of pool service that was not provided (but was reported in writing to me as completed) as well as for the $47.00 worth of pool chemicals that I was forced to buy to rebalance the pool chemistry and prevent furtheer damage. I have written to SWFL pool Service and requested reimbursement. I have called Tom Keeton and requested action. After two months of inaction, I went to the address where I mailed my monthly payments and found out that it was a UPS Store. I searched SWFL Pool Florida Corporate records and discovered the Corporation true address and confronted Tom Keeton's mother with her son's fraud. She asked if I knew which employee failed to provide the service, and when I told her his race, she admitted that he had been fired and he had "caused poor Tom a lot of anguish". I asked her about reimbursing my anguish and she shut down. Stupidly, she also told me that Tom's wife was studying to be a nurse and plans to practice in Florida. Since Rebecca Keeton is also listed as a Manager at SWFL Pool, I plan to notify the Florida Board of Nursing Registration of her legal participation in this fraudulent and dishonest conduct. I have initiated a Claim for $242.00 in Lee County Small Claims Court and look forward to seeing the officers of SWFL Pool Service LLC (Steven E. Rigney, (((Redacted))) Lehigh Acres, FL (((Redacted))); Thomas J. Keeton III, (((Redacted))), Louisville, KY, (((Recacted))) and (((Redacted))) Lehigh Acres, FL (((Redacted))); and Rebecca A. Keeton, (((Redacted))), Louisville, KY (((Redacted))) in the Lee County, FL courthouse soon.

I am not giong to get into details but this claim is false and we are taking Mr. Dooley to court for slander, falsifying information, defamation of character and theft.
My pool tech would no longer go to Mr. Dooleys house because he was sexually harrasing him when he was there. He would make lewd comments and would just stand there and stare. Everything was fine while Mr, Dooley was out of town but when he returned to Florida for the winter he harrassed my Pool Tech until they would no longer clean his pool. Of course he is upset because we stopped cleaning his pool but I will not have one of my sub-contractors harrassed.
My attorney will be contacting Mr. Dooley Shortly to settle this. However my pool tech is sueing him for the other issues.
Thank you,
Tom K.
