For those of you who need to contact Swiss Labs for customer satisfaction, I am confident I have found the President. She is Michelle Miakos, a business, marketing and sales expert.
This is a long story:
It was confirmed twice that the Swiss Labs call center is related to a Schweiz Health, LLC, in Naples, FL. This led me to Swiss Nutra Corporation in Beverly, MA and in Byfield, MA; and to Swiss Nutra Corporation in Nevada.
Michelle Miakos is Pres, Secty, Tres and Director of all 3 corporations. Also, a William Tarmey appears to have filed corporate annual reports. Google Michelle Miakos to find a link where she and a William Tarm made a joint memorial donation to the University of Boston. Also, he is on her Likedin page.
The phone number on the BactiPlus bottle is 877-516-4889 and it rings in Masssechuets, along with another customer service number 800-296-1060 (this has been confirmed many times). The website has their address in Illinois where I found nothing on Miakos, Tarmey or the corporations.
The address on BactiPlus is 1915 Trade Center Way, Naples, FL and is the SAME address for the Florida corporation Schweiz Health, LLC which was filed by William Tarmey, but has Michelle Miakos as the officers.
Massachusetts corporate papers say Michelle Miakos is Pres, Secty, Tres and Director of Swiss Nutra Corporation located at 100 Cummings Center, Ste 128A, Beverly, MA, USA.
On Tweeter Michelle Miakos claims to be a customer service innovator through her compamy Unique Customer Service Approach International (ucsaintl.com) at 100 Cummings Center, Ste 127A, Beverly, MA, USA.
The addresses on Cummings are in the same building and are only one office away from each other!
My personal complaint is that she's responsible for disgusting customer service on a product that really works for me! Her agents are trained to be L-I-A-R-S; even a supervisor! They repeatedly lie to me on shipment dates, autoship status, and availablity of product which is rare. They NEVER confirm an order by email nor do they send me notification when orders are shipped. The agents are polite, young people. I sense their hesitation to lie, and I get the impresseion they have no choice. Who's running the show? it's a circus in that call center!
I am also offended that numerous people have been ripped off financially by the extremely irresponsible approach Michelle Miakos takes to customer service!
Please do your own research to insure confidence that Michelle Miakos is the person to answer your complaints regarding her negligent direction of Swiss Labs' and NutriCell's customer service departments! If she's in charge, she's got to be accountable for an extremely rude and harmful approach to customer service!

I would like to respond to this report. I was never informed of this event. The company was owned by Mr. William (Bill) Tarmey and he was in charge of operations and the call center. This type of customer service is not the practice of the company or any company that I have worked for. Mr. Tarmey had 3rd party call centers and possibly they were the center that responded in such an unprofessional manner. If I would have known about this incedent or this report before it was recently brought to my attention I would have responded immediately. Mr. Tarmey passed away suddenly in September of 2013. The companies were returned to his business parter at that time and have been closed down. I am sure this is why there has been such a delay with this response.
On behalf of the previous company (Swiss Labs) I appologize that you did not receive the quality customer service that you should have. This is the first and only negative customer service report/comment/response that I have ever received. You can review all of the positive reviews on my linkedin page, my facebook page and my website. Additionally I would like to express my personal apology to this gentleman, as this type of customer service is not acceptable and anyone who has worked with me in the past, currently or has been employed by me by UCSA International will confirm this is not the type of customer service that I approve of or that we provide as an overall company.
