I was solicited at my home resort Oakmont by a flyer in the room saying call to eliminate high maintenance fees. I call the number and Melissa Evans realtor comes in. She explains that we could get 4 weeks vacation instead of one if we sign up for the RCI charter program and since we own another timeshare with higher maintenance fees we should get rid of it through Switch it Title company. This deal was being offered to the first 100 resorts only by RCI. Switch It Title is owned by a former employee of Oakmont Resort. Tyler Cole Hitt aka Tyler Cole Wiles. If they can't sell it they will buy it she said. She had me fill out an application for a RCI Platinum Mastercard and the max I was approved for was exactly what it would cost me to convert my Oakmont property to points and get 4 weeks instead of one. The fees for Switch It Title would be additional over $2500 and still counting. She said it would take 60 to 90 days for us to receive the membership ID to access the RCI booking site where nothing would be over 10000 points and some as low as 7500 points. She cautioned us that no one would know about the exclusive program if we tried to call the number at RCI before the 60-90 day period was up. Needless to say the go anywhere anytime for 10000 or under was all lies. They get you to sign a POA for them to get access to your deeds etc. After they get all your info and MONEY they don't want to hear from you. Melissa Evans realtor Oakmont has hung up on me. Tree Tops Realty has not returned my call. Donna at Switch It Title did not return my call. Tyler has replied to messages on Facebook I sent saying he will look into it. He was supposed to call Friday I have not heard anything. Doing business with any of these may get you ripped off like me. BEWARE.

Knowing that not all "rip off" reports are true on the internet, I had planned to show this report to Melissa Evans at our scheduled meeting today. She also came to our condo at Oakmont, after offering to bring a welcome bag to us, and then *also* presented a timeshare exit plan to us. Loved her from the start, but I don't spend over $10,000 without doing my homework. After seeing this report, I began to dig into the idea deeper. She had said I could look on Google and find out about her very successful timeshare sales with Wyndham - nothing came up with a serious effort. All that led me to this report. My homework led me to my son telling me his good friend worked for another timeshare exit company, wanted me to call him. This representative needed to do some figuring and asked me to postpone my time with Melissa until he called me back. I gave her a choice - postpone today's meeting or still come and let me ask her a list of questions that I had told her earlier that I had, that we could talk about today. She responded briskly saying she had other clients eager to get out of their timeshares, that if I was not interested, no use to waste time. ?? She knew I was interested; I only said I need more homework time. Then she downgraded the company that wanted to compare prices and my sources for belief in them. Just so very unprofessional of a response to a prospective client that needed a little more time. Through all that, I began to point out some discrepancies in what she had said to me and she accused me of giving her a "tongue lashing" after all her help. ?? All she had done to help me at that point was answer who she had worked for again, how long and how long she had worked for Switch It Title Exchange. I had read the points on the Switch It form and was finding out that it was going to be significantly more money than she originally told me (almost $3600 more!) - she brushed that off; I thought I would confront that in person at our appointment. So, I think I have been saved - but I wanted to add a comment here in support of the two others that did give her money. I began to lose trust, and what I have read here supports that.

I would like to speak with the person who created this report as the EXACT same thing has happened to me and to my mother as well.
