How to FINALLY get your Abslide * UPDATE
I had a similar experience as many with an Abslide I ordered in July, but I didn't give up. I kept calling and emailing Sylmark. I also filed a Better Business Bureau complaint online. Yesterday I received notification from the BBB with a compaint form against Sylmark saying my abslide had been shipped. If anyone wants to contact this person it is:

Calling the Bertter Business Bureau like the report sugguests above is not consistant with what the Better Business Bureau has done in the past. Consumers have tried the above address with no results. If you do try to contact the Better Business Bureau to see if they can actually get you your money back, we also sugguest you do the following. badbusinessbureau.com has located who is actually collecting your money. If you have been ripped off by Abslide and would like to get your money back, please do the following. 1... FAX TO US: Any proof of purchase, canceled check or copy of credit card charge on your bill. 2.. E-mail: Let us know what numbers you called to complain and who you spoke with. 3... Did you call the number that you ordered from? 4....
