Synergy Attorney Services LLC Zeh & Associates P.C. Mortgage Foreclosure RIPOFF with promise for modification Manassas Virginia
I was involved in a mortgage foreclosure scam where I was Ripped off for thousands of dollars. They told that there were attorneys waiting to assist me in stopping my mortgage foreclosure. I was told that there were new laws available to help me to save my home through a modification, they also told me that their attorneys had a relationship with multiple lenders and that my mortgage servicing agency was one of them. They told me that I had to pay fees for their attorney service in which I paid almost $4000.00 only to hear that my mortgage lender denied the modification stating that I can afford my home.
I told that up front that I had been denied multple modification from my mortgage company and I had been to HUD, Harp, HAMP and HOPE. These people lied they were very educated on the goverment laws concerning foreclosures and modification and that there were new laws to protect someone like me. I thought I did my research prior to getting involved with these people the law firms appeared legit through research and I spoke to the attorney handling my case on multiple occassions. There Case Management division was slow in responding to providing me with updates on my case and the attorney changed her services when the phone lines went dead from the initial company.
These people did nothing but retrieved all of my personal informationr and I have no idea if my mortgage lender was ever spoken to or delivered my information. We are all struggling and to be ripped off by lawyers is sad and I have yet to hear from anyone concerning my case or what would be considered next steps.
