T-mobile's contract for the T-Mobile@Home phone services does not "state","make clear" or "forewarn" it charges 45cents per minute for calls made from a T-Mobile "Cell Phone/device." On the Dec.11th bill I was punished and charged for test calls made with a T-Mobile cell phone.  T-Mobile's charges of 45cents a minute are unfounded, unwarranted, unfair, total entrapment and omitted in the Home Phone services contract.  It's a sim card scam.   

The situation was the T-Moble phone service device failed to provide signal or function; I had no choice but to move the sim card in another T-Mobile device to test it.  T-Mobile then without warning or notice would charge 45cents a min.  The home phone services regularly are $10.00 a month but i was scammed and charged $50.40.

I spoke to both T-Mobile agents [Tyrone #1212417 (supervisor)  and Tiffany #1212369] and both agreed a charge of 45cents a minute is "NOT" in the contract and further stated it does not have to be to charge me. Tiffany #1212369 also agreed that it would benefit customers if the charges were listed in the contract and and would be fair it it was. THIS IS NO WARNING of charges of moving a sim card to another device.

Upon my reasonable request for "credit" full or partial both T-Mobile agents denied my request.  T-Mobile agents also acknowledged there is"NO EVIDENCE" of history of myself moving the SIM card from device to device to circumvent payment/services and still with this evidence "NO" credit was issued.
