T mobile is terrible! I was told I was eligible for a partial upgrade and that I could do it online, in person, or in the store. They also said I would get a rebate. I had a blackberry pearl from wirefly that was a piece of crap that never worked, so I went online and did the purchase. I also called 5-6 times after I got the phone to confirm the rebate details. I was told I would get a $30 rebate and it would be mailed on March 3rd. I then get a letter in the mail saying I am disqualified and will not get a rebate. By now I am now very angry and called T-mobile. The service rep was so rude and nasty and refused to let me talk to a manager. I had to demand to speak to one, and finally I got one who was equally bad and did not care in the least that I was lied to. I was so angry about being lied to and they way they treated me that I hung up. They have no right to act this way. I will cancel as soon as I can, they suck!
