I checked my dog into boarding at this facility for 11 days. When we got him home, he looked undernourished and had cuts on his paws. When I emailed the owner - he called me a liar and after numerous emails back and forth he had no explanation, nor cared to do anything to make it up to us. Also to mention the website said they would be able to play with other dogs, and after we got him back the owner said - he wasn't with other dogs due to "failing an anxiety test" which is a complete lie. I would have gone to a different place had i known all these things would happeng came home with numerous lacerations on his front paws. When talking to the owner about this, he basically called me a liar even though I provided photo documentation and he didn't even care. Animal abuse is unacceptable but the owner is more worried about saving face than refunding a customer whose animal got injured while in his care. Too many complaints to even list on an online review, but the bottom line is that we will never bring a living creature to this facility again. Classic example of over promising and failing to deliver.
