I was sold this travel plan for 3 nights at any hotel I choose and I would only have to pay taxes. While talking with the sale agent I told him exactly what I wanted. This plan is a ripoff. When I receive my confirmation and read the teams. I immediately call the 8   number to cancel and ask for my money back, because again I had a speical hotel I wanted to book. The agent told me to wait until I find a date I wanted to see if they could book it. When I called back the booking agent could not give me what I wanted without an additional $140 a night, which I called the hotel and got the hotel for $120 a night  So I called customer service to ask for my money back again, after all that was said and done, because it was past 30 days I could not get my money back and they could not grant my request. Stay away from this company. They really want you to call 30 days before you want to travel, which they would have an legimate reason to say no vacanies at the time you want to travel. By the way I was unable to find the website.
