Frank, To begin with, how can you file a claim a year later for something. Have you ever worked in our line of business, and especially in the city of Miami, where everyone is trying to get something for nothing. People constantly come in here, claiming this an that, most trying to pull a fast one, thinking we here as managers just will give them up to "keep the customer happy." Little do you know, that each time we allow this, it comes out of our own pockets. Obviously, in order for us to feed our families, pay for our homes, and put clothing on our backs, we need to preserve as much of that money as possible. And sir, it all adds up. If you bought a new shirt at Macy's, and came back a year later, saying it was missing a button, surely, they'd laugh in your face. As I was next to the person you've accused of being volatile, he was the upmost respectful towards, and trying to accomplish to get what you've wanted(a spare tire cover). He first asked you to please bring in the M.S.R.P. window sticker, which is a clear indicator of what the car does and doesn't come with. Is that really too much to ask? It's a proof of what's rightfully yours, and would gladly come your way considering it being shown. I'll make sure tomorrow to come by your job, and ask for $100 dollars, without my proof of having so. Oh, and you're going to say, you're a car dealer, and you make so much money. Sir you have no idea. Who's buying cars today? Who the hell is buying anything right now? And considering, in recent years, dealing with the internet showing exact cost! Finally, the gentleman you are accusing tried assisting you in the matter. In fact, he asked you to call during the week while our "Get Ready" manager was at the store, in order to get your cover ordered. Rather then helping him, help you, you decided to get noncooperative, and begin to act ungentlemanly. The manager asked you to please tone down, as we was doing something to assist you in the matter. Something in which happened while he was not employed here, something that will not be shown on his paycheck, not even a pat on the back. He was doing it out of pure kindness. Instead, you chose to become belligerent over the phone, and continued your parade of manhood. Shall one tolerate being disrespected, regardless if it's over the "golden tire cover?" The manager then explained to you that he was doing a favor for you, to please calm down, because he wanted to assist you, and you continued your rant. Of course he's going to tell you "that if you don't stop your disrespect, I will just hang the phone up on you." That's being quite direct, as I, and most men, would respect whole heartedly. Why beat around the bush. Mr. Londono(that's his actual name by the way) never told you where to go. He just told you, sir, i'm hanging up the phone now. No reason to lie, sir. Lying isn't going to get you anywhere you'd want to be. Sir, please realize that there are people here, like myself, trying to make a living. Is there a reason to wish myself, Mr. Londono, and the other 140 employees of Tamiami Chrysler Jeep, to lose it's business, and not be able to support our families? Please do not fabricate truth in order to do harm onto others, especially when our own families are on the line. I'm sure you wouldn't appreciate it.
