He got about 89% of the contract funds and wanted the balance to finish house. I told
him he would get balance upon completion. He then told me if I did not pay him he would
quit working on house, which he did. It is not easy to go to arbitration with another
contractor to describe what was done and what was done improperly. Other contractors do not want to get involved in matters of this kind.

This filing was written by the wife of a sales person that we let go. We were just getting started when he started with us and we had our license it just was not posted on the State's website because of the back logged caused by Hurricane Katrina. We are one of the few companies that did things the way we were supposed to. We got our license, our insurance and registered with all the cities that we did work in. I feel it is unfair for disgruntled employees and their families to be able to post untruths on this website. None of this report is truth.
