Tan Travel Advantage sold me a vacation that suppose to consist of 9 weeks accomodation within the United States, Mexico, Bahamas and Jamaica.I paid $3000.00 for this and a yearly membership of $360.00.

Everytime I try to plan a vacation and reserve a unit, I got charged $99.00 which is not refundable if you decide to change the date or location. And you cannot use the plan if it's prime season or there is a major event going on in the city/town you plan to visit, otherwise there wii be an additional charge of $50.00/day and you have to pay for the whole week(7 days).

The plan is good only for one berdroom condo. If one bedroom property is not available in the location you plan to stay, there is another extra charge for each additional bedroom in the unit which is $50.00/bedroom/day. And you have to pay for seven days whether you use it or not.

I joined in April 26,2005 I paid the plan in full and I have been charged membership of $360.00 twice already. I tried to reserved a unit several times but there is always enormous amount of money that I still have to pay. I tried to reserve one in Hawaii, in Cancun and Some other place. So far I haven't had a luck of reserving a unit that I don't have to pay extra money.

When I joined this in April 2005, I tried to cancell the contract the following day after I read all the conditions, I change my mind and call the company to cancel it but I was told the contract is binding and cannot be cancelled. I thought consumer have three days to think about the transaction and cancell it if it's not to their expectations.
