Tax Express Group Inc., Reece Foch, Kelly Nichols They said they would wire someone's tax refund to my bank account and have me go to Western Union to send it to someone out of the country! Like Ukraine!! Worchester MA
I had posted my resume on Career Builder. I received an email from a Reece Koch stating he was a Recruiter for a tax company client who was looking for home based adminstrative "Operator" position to fill immediately. I responded back I was interested in learning more.
I received another email email from a Kelly Nichols discribing the job in detail and pay of $3300/mo and how you'd be receiving W-4 paperwork etc.
Then the next email had attachments on "How is the tax refund Delivery Process Organized" & wanting to know my checking account no. (routing no. etc.) They proceeded to tell me to use MY bank account that was already established to have out of country clients who did work in the states 5 years tax refunds wired to me! Then my job was to go to Western Union and document and send funds to the out of country tax payer!
This was a very elaborate scam and convincing. From the recuiter's company name which WAS a tax recruiter in the UK. to somehow showing Tax Express Inc. on the BBB as a A+ company.
