Beware there is an unethical, dishonest company taking advantage and cheating people.
If you decide to cancel within a few hours or a few days, Tax Sale Lists will harass, embarrass, extort you for money you do not owe them. John Lane will charge your credit card without your knowledge or permission even after you cancel.
John Lane will turn you over to a collection agency as owing an amount he creates. John Lane will be very petty and battle you over a $100 cancel fee that you do not owe; he is intent on cheating people out of money they do not owe him.
John Lane will try to charge you a cancel fee, no matter when you cancel - timely manner or not.
John Lane will falsely accuse you trying to steal a petty $100 from you.
John Lane cares nothing about people; he does not help anyone but himself.

I recently purchased training materials from John Lane, and after 2-3 weeks of determining if the business I was learning was something I wanted to do, I decided to contact the company TaxSaleLists.com and request my money back from their guarantee. I was treated with utmost professionalism and given instructions on how and where to send back the materials.
Upon doing so, I again contacted their Customer Service department, and I was advised of an approximate 4 week timeline, allowing their shippers to verify if the material was in pristine condition. The person I worked with, Mary, was understanding and was always prompt within 24 hours getting back to me on my occasional check-ins.
I received my full 100% refund almost 4 weeks to the day from when I sent it back. I did not incur any fees since I was within the 30 day money back guarantee. I can not say enough kind things about the promtness, professionalism, and understanding I was shown.
