TELECONTACTS INTERNATIONAL LLC WORST COMPANY EVER THEY TO WORK WITH THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY Internet
This company is the worst thing that can happen to a person that is really needing a job or if you are a company looking for the best customer service representatives and these are the reasons.
REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE THEYR JOB OFFERS
1-Cause since they get paid for you a real good amount in dollars they will pay you a misery in your currency.
2-Is almost slavery, cause in other companies you have a 1 hour lunch with 2 or 3 breaks of 10, 15 or 20 mins, with this people you must beg for a 5 minutes break.
3-Is back to back the whole day.
4-They never give you a clear statement of your commissions or bonuses, they just send you a paystub days after you get paid.
5-They always find excuses to not to pay your salary.
6-Most of the people that leaves the company for whatever reason they leave the company in really bad terms.
7-No matter how good you are at the phones the will just squeeze you up until you get overstressed and sick.
REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD NOT HIRE THEIR SERVICES
1-They hire people in south America who barely can speak or write English.
2-The training that they provide is the worst ever at the call center industry.
3-They say they are a LOW COST INBOUND OR OUTBAND CONTACT SOLUTION but that is only for the miserable salary they pay in south America.
4-Due to the low salary and the slavery tactic they implement the agents are always UNHAPPY, FRUSTRATED, LOOKING FOR OTHER JOBS ALWAYS.
5-The representatives really rarely provide an acceptable service to the customers cause they take this job not that seriously cause most of the times they hate it.
6-The representatives NEVER NEVER EVER feel themselves identified with the company and basically they don’t care about the company since they are always looking and waiting for a better job offer.
7-The good agents who in the beginning they start really ager and longing to grow in the company they get disappointed really soon and move to another company.
8-Most of the former representatives who worked for this company WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY BODY.
9-They do what it takes in order to paid the employee salary.
10-Your products or services will not be never 100% properly represented.
11-You cannot trust on an owner who uses different names like JIM JAMES, or JAMES BRENT TUTTLE, or in general managers in peru who use names like PAUL ARTEAGA.
Your company’s time, money, good name and efforts really worth, don’t let this people take advantage of your needs. Before accept any job offer or hire any services with these people make sure first how legit is this company and their owners and managers
