I NOW understand the issue of only one promotional code per order, however I do not like how your phone rep did NOT know anything about this, or if she did was deceptive, and she told me she needed my credit card information for verification purposes only and that NO charge would be placed on my card, she then subsequently charged 18.99 on my card without my approval or knowledge.

And just WHERE did the number of 18.99 come from, when I went to Teleflora.com and first attempted to place the order it showed 15.99 as the "service charge", and sometimes showed 24.99 or 48.99? Your website seems plagued with discrepancies and misleading charges and fees.
  
This entire experience has been a frustrating mess of persons with poor English, agonizing "on hold" periods of over 1/2
hour then disconnections, It has taken me over 4 hours of my time to place a simple order.

How do you expect to get repeat business with customer care such as this?
