The latest email from Telescopes.com stated that my product would be shipped on February 25th and an email would be provided to me with the tracking number. Today is February 27th and I never received the email that it has been shipped. I have requested a refund. Their website states that once a product is in the "shipping" process it can not be refunded right away. The problem I have with that is that it has been in the shipping process since February 5th. This company has done nothing but lie to me. I hope I receive my refund without getting the run around and I will never order from them again.

Today I received an email from Telescopes.com stating that the telescope I ordered was indeed in stock all along but a computer error prevented it from being shipped because it said that it was back ordered. They said it would ship on Monday the 25th of February a good 20 days days after my original order date. The excitement we had for this gift has become more of just receive the d**n thing and be done with it. Thanks for making my Mother's birthday so special. We will see if it ships on Monday.
