I needed to reinstall OfficeReady 4.0 Platinum after reinstalling Windows 7 on my computer. I recevied a message that my activation limit was exceeded when reinstalling OfficeReady . I only loaded the OfficeReady on one computer so I completed a support ticket on July 15, 2017 (almost thirty days ago at this point). I also sent e-mail messages to [email protected], and [email protected] to seek help with my issue. I couldn't find a telephone number to contact this company about this matter. I recently asked for assistance from the Better Business Bureau, the Illinois Attorney General, and the FTC. The cost of the software was modest but I feel that I am being ripped off by this company.
