Thank you for your feedback. Based on the details in your comments, I have already been involved with your service file.
While I don't want to argue with you, I must object strongly to the way in which you are misrepresenting the facts & misleading anyone who might read your comments.
Tepperman's has worked with you extensively on resolving your issues. After a number of technician appointments, we discovered that the issues you had been experiencing were actually due to your home venting (something completely under your control), and not the appliances you purchased from Tepperman's.
