**SCAM ALERT**
Lists several ads a day on craigslist and other sites, under numerous Company names. Claims to be a jack of all trades, which is supposedly a red flag when hiring a contractor, I have just found out. Has a tendancy to scam women more often than men, as I have discovered thru investigating this guy. More often than not, complaints against him are from women.
Terry did a small drywall job for me and I was pleased so I asked him to put a new window in and do some capping work on other windows. He came by for the $150 deposit for the price of the window so he could order it. Never gave me a receipt because he was in a hurry. Called me 2 weeks later said the window was ordered in the wrong size, he has to re-order it and it should be another week. 2 weeks went by, no word from Mr. Hayworth. I called and his 267 581 8005 # was disconnected. By chance he still had a few listings on craigslist with that # and his new # 215 789 1533. I called the new number left a message and he did return my call. A series of excuses for the next month on why he cannot put my window in. So I left him a message one day and told him I would like the window or my money back and I do not need him to install it, and I would be making some complaints. He calls me back with abusive language and threatened to bring the window to my house and proceed to throw it thru my front door or front windows and he didn't care if my kids were inside. I told him if he attempted such a thing he will go to jail. His whole tone changed completely and he was apologetic and said he will drop my window off in a few days. I do not believe this will happen.
I was alarmed by his violent behavior and immediately investigated him and found alot of information.
Please any one who goes thru the skilled trade services on craigslist, please research the phone number in the ad. This one particular poster Terrence, or Terrance or Terry Hayworth has scammed many people out of money. Suffice it to say, he has a criminal record and history of being sued for taking money and not completing work. I was scammed and then later threatened by this person because I was bothering him as to when he would complete the job or just return my money. I have found an abundance of info on this guy. Too bad I didn't do this sooner. Some websites that have helped are below:

I have filed a formal complaint with the State Attorney's office and I am making a complaint with the police becasue of his verbal threat of vandalism and bodily harm to anyone in my home at the time he throws the window thru my door of front windows.
