Buyer BEWARE. This company claims to have manuals for college textbooks. however they DO NOT. What they will actually send you is some "manual" on how to search for a test bank manual. Whats crazy is when you are using the internet to "serach for test banks or manuals" his site comes up. so after you give him your money you are back at square one. He, Timothy Sumner is a self proclaimed web develoer, and IT guy. He is based in the district of Columbia/Maryland/Virginia area however he is scamming individuals all across the 50 states if not beyond. If you dont believe me AT least pay with your credit card so you can can get a charge back and be refunded. if not you will be out of luck.
