After finally getting in touch with Matthew Valenzuela at Texas Aqua Solutions, things finally started getting accomplished. My water softener was moved from my garage and placed on the side of my home with a free shed with a light. I was assured that this was certainly not the way they normally do business and unfortunately, I was just part of the "perfect storm" as it were. The individual that installed it was not at the top of his game (I'm not heartless, I feel for the man losing his son. However, I would feel worse if it were my child because I didn't have things done properly.) Once this man left, the customer service individual made the mistake of assuming. It happens, and after this instance, I'm certain he does much less of it. Since I purchased this item and got the "kinks" worked out. I LOVE my water softener! I love the drinking water. I actually like it better than I do bottled water and frequently refill my bottles from there. Once all the hard feelings were out of the way and mistakes admitted to and apologized for, the company has always been there to answer questions and help out when needed. How many times have you purchased an item and had the company call back every year just to see how you are liking it and if you need anything or have any questions? Probably never, like me. However, this is the 2nd year now I've received a call from Matt Valenzuela "checking in" to see how things are going.
Everyone has had a bad day (as you can see below) but if I honestly had it to do all over again, I would definitely still purchase my softener from Texas Aqua Solutions.
