No attempt has been made to pay me for the slave labor I did for this ungrateful company. Only harassment and threats from them, they continue to rip off customers and employee's alike till this day. Greed and Karma will be their demise. Jerry

I spoke with the owner Heather Maddux the other day and she told me a boo-h*o story of how she lost her house and about lost her kids, well you know what. What goes around comes around. They put everyone that worked for them in a financial bind and I guess karma is putting them in one. And still with what is happening they still refuse to pay their workers. They have even gotten a new website texasbesttrucking.com to show off what jobs they are continuing to do in different states. I just hope that people in the states that they are working will read this before asking for a job.

Fellow countrymen, if i had truly been paid a nickel from texas best would i bother taking my time warning everyone about this ripoff organization of thieves? what would i gain by this? why would i bother? answer. I wouldnt. these people are the biggest ripoffs in the country. they collect money from people, dont do the work, what work they do, they dont pay the people who actually do the labor. they dont have insurance, and they stage injuries on the job, to sue the home owners, ive witnessed this myself. they need to be stopped. it starts with you not hireing them to begin with. they are under federal investigation by more than one organization, including the IRS for claiming to pay people they never paid. its up to you, but if I were you, I wouldnt take a chance. And for the record, I still havent been paid one dime 6 months later. you be the judge.

Texas Best Trucking has never had anyone ever work 13 hours a day 7 days a week. First off there is not many times Texas Best Trucking has worked 7 days a week, most work weeks are 6, not 7 to start off with. Hotel rooms, have never been something anyone on our crew has ever paid for, we supplied a camper for our crew to stay in which was at there choice. This person posting never got an hotel room, and i don't know how he can speak for others, since the others stayed in the camper. Money was never collected from people up front, if you knew anything about the storm business you diffently don't get anything up front. The cities and counties don't pay up front have you lost your mind. Also, the last thing is saying that the owner is a greedy owner, when Texas Best Trucking is the company who paid out other subcontractors that was not there responsability. The subcontractors are required to do a job and if they can't meet the needs of contractor that is managing the work then they don't get to make up a bill and think it goes unpaid. The last thing is to post bad language about a company on the internet who has plenty of refrences and subcontractors who say different and have proof to back it up. Also, when you have been contacted by Texas Best Trucking and you won't even speak to a company in decent language to discuss why you are posting on here. I don't agree, with anything that was said in the paragraph above, however we are more than willing to communicate with this person and get this matter resolved.

After 15 E-mails back and forth where they made it look like they were going to pay me, all they did in the end was call me every name in the book, tryed to get me to sign some bogas pappers letting them off the hook, and refused to pay me so much as a nickel. the investigation proceeds, they are still ripping people off as i get the reports of these thieves often. dont hire them you will be liable for their workers not getting paid. several law suits are filed and pending. watch for scams by this company, they like to collect money up front, and not do the work.

In response to the posting on here about crew's not paid. First, yes crew's were paid even crew's that we were not responsable for! We never had any employee's that worked for us in Kentucky, only Subcontractors. Subcontractor's are responsable for all there own meals, tools, crew's, etc. We have never had anyone stay in a hotel and the company not pay for it. First of all in Kentucky we had a travel trailer available for crew's to stay in, with lots of food, water, electric, all provided by us. Money was never collected upfront from anyone. This was a diaster contract which is funded by Fema, and they diffently don't pay up front. We are still owed money from these contracts and lost alot because of the Prime Contractor not paying. All the work was completed even after finishing 1 contract and helping Prime Contractor out finishing in another county that was not our responsability. Our Company did nothing but help finish the job even though we came out negative on the contract. Our subcontractors never worked 13 hours a day or 7 days a week. We do have proof on paper of all of this. We did alot for these counties and i can't believe when you help out during diaster's and you get nothing in return but a bad experience and people like this posting bad things that are not true. Greed is diffently not what we are after, it is jobs and customer service that we concentrate on. We have alot of refrences and don't have a problem with giving them out!

when confronted with a criminal investigation, ie; Internet crime complaint center, and criminal charges being filed against them. Felony grand theft, Internet scamming, fraud, and other charges being prepared by the government investigating these criminals. .. Their only response to me was, we paid everyone and can prove it. Typical rip off fly by night thieves response. Fortunately the IRS and government does not accept this answer with out a full investigation of their finance records and all pertain't information. So, this could take some time, maybe months to have them arrested and tried for their crime's, but I'm patient, I will never give up, and I will never forget. They put me in a bind financially, a*s they did with all their workers when they ran out on us with all the money that was made for them.
