Texas E Choice Autos 800 old montgomery Road, They sent me a car with dry rotted and flat tires, and a cracked faulty electronic ignition key and lied about paint job etc.. Conroe, , Texas

wanted to buy another Jaguar since mine was totalled out last year, so I looked online on ebay and found Texas E Choice Autos, WHAT A MISTAKE I MADE PURCHASING FROM THEM! They described the Jaguar S-type as Excellent paint job, immaculately maintained and garaged. They told us it was in EXCELLENT SHAPE! the manager Jerry told me on the phone when I thought I saw scratches on the photos that he PERSONALLY went outside and inspected the vehicle and the paint job was PERFECT! no scratches he said! So I buy the car which is supposed to be in excellent shape! I bought it from their website as they asked and not on ebay. So the car is delivered and driven off the truck and sat in my yard with a FLAT TIRE!
So we get our compressor and air the tire up, then try to drive it to the store and come out and the tire is flat, also the electronic ignition key is malfunctioning because its cracked to pieces. So I can barely get the car to crank or shut off. I make a note to call them and come outside the store and wallah the other tires are flat, a cop comes over and looks at my tires and said they are dry rotted and he tells me I will have to have them replaced. So I am incredulous, not to mention the fact that the paint job has scratches all over it, and the back end of the car, yes there are scratches right where I thought I saw them in the photos and Jerry that honest fellow told me I was seeing things that they paint was IMMACULATE and perfect. So I call them and they give me the runaround, now I know it was not a brand new car but I had a REASONABLE EXPECTATION TO not have it come off the truck with four dry rotted and flat tires!!!!!

yes lots of them and all I am saying is they need to acknowledge me, I get more lies and the runaround, I get told I am a looney tune and that they will get the car back if I pay for shipping it back thats $475.00 and they will put NEW TIRES ON IT and sell it to a dealer, but they offer me NOTHING but insults and to degrade me because I am a female who they have wronged, suddenly because I am complaining to them, I am a looney tune and they said they did not even sell to the public? WHAT? so BEWARE
