I ordered Tgq online bizkit, after noticing an ad online. The add stated that for $1.97 that I would receive information on getting started on my own business, I agreed to the amount of $1.97 being charged to my debit card.
On 09/21/09, Tgq*onlinebizkit, billed my account the agreed amount $1.97. I did not receive any further information regarding the order. However, on 09/28/09 Tgq*onlinebizkit, billed my account $79.90. I called 1-800-497-4988 and spoke with a customer service person.
After making him aware that I did not receive anything in the mail, neither did I recieve any email confirmation or information regarding ordering the kit. The customer service worker informed me that I should have logged onto their website and read the agreement that included 79.90 monthly charge for this business kit.
This is an outrage! I feel this deceptive and an inconvenience. I should not have to log onto a website to receive information on a product that I had ordered and did not receive. Futhermore, the advertisement did not indicate that I would be charged $79.90.
At such time, I requested to cancel the order. The customer service person quickly informed me that there were no refunds. I may cancel the order and won't receive any further monthly billing for the product. I never received anything from these people!
I decided to request to speak to a supervisor, I was informed that there was no supervisor available. I was placed on hold for a brief minute and then disconnected. I called back right away, and repeated my concern. The customer service person repeated the same line of the previous person.
I begin to voice my concern regarding the deception in the ad, and questioned why a supervisor was not available, the customer service person hung up on me. To this day I have not received any product or communication from Tgq*onlinbizkit. They stole a total of $81.87 from me! This is heartless and unfair.
