Sold, non working tablet.
Does not return phone calls,sent Email saying they would repiace unit did not replace.
We filed a small claim case.

This isnt the real story. I was told the unit in question was dropped and broken. Now the customer is requesting it to become the problem of the company. I was a contractor there for 3 years, and this happened quite a bit.
It is unfair to this company to put this on them, when it was a customer Who neglected the product. As far as I can remember this company was good To the customer and employee.
I was coming on here to write a complaint about best buy and saw this,
Made a few calls and had to respond.
