Blue Dot sold me a phone on Ebay, Gauranteeing that it could be activated with Verizon or page-plus. I called verizon to activate it. Verizon said that the phone was reported stolen and that I should contact the Law. I went against my gut and returned the phone to Blue dot wanting a refund. I never heard from them again. The status says that it was delivered on Feb 18th, it is now Feb 23rd and still no refund. Now grant it I know I will get my money back one way or another even if I have to open a dispute, I was smart I wrote down the Bad ESN, Recorded my call to verizon and saved all correspondance with Blue Dot and Verizon along with Page Plus. It is just a shame how shady they are acting towards myself and other customers, it is only a matter of time before they are busted for Traphicking stolen murchandise and if it gets to stressfull i may just be the one to turn them in for it.

We back our products 100% and refund any issues pertaining to defects or activations. We pay a service to check all ESNs prior to shipping a device and purchase over 90% of our phones indirectly through the carriers directly. Bad ESN deivces are not 100% avoidable and we do admit to receiving about 5 out of 1,000 phones that we sell get returned to us for ESN related issues.
While we do everything in our power to prevent this issue entirely, it is not completely avoidable. We sell previously owned devices and in the event the previous owner of the phone does not pay their balance in full, their previous phones associated with their account will automatically be added to the lost or stolen list.
We have sold literally hundred of thousands of phones in the near 8 years we have been in business. It would take a lot of energy and effort to maintain our repution online with literally over 150,000 positive reviews and our A+ rating with the better business bureau if we were intentionally selling faulty products!
We are a family run business that truly cares about our customers. Almost all refunds for any returns sent back to us are processed in 3 business days or less. We are not a large company and I assure you are customers mean a great deal to us. I have no way to verify that the person writing this review is an actual customer but I would personally reach out to you if I had your contact information to make sure you were taken care of and to assure you were made hole. I would really appreciate people giving us the benefit of the doubt as we have made some major personnel changes in recent months to provide a better overall buying experience. I assure you if you have any issues with my company, we will do what we can do make things right!

Days ago mi wife buy a phone to this company through ebay. We went to connect it to our supplier Simple mobile and they said the phone was reported stolen. We called blue dot and ebay and no one answers us. These companies are a scam. Don't buy anything there.
