I am just like the others on here. fell for slick talking. the adress they gave me to optout is no good FedEx couldnt find it.  All the companies are linked the are not really independent from each other. They want me to pay a web hosting fees which i told them before i signed, everthing has to be included in what i am paying you, i cant afford anything more. I am out of a job and on welfare. they think 5$ a Day on ebay is going to cover the 3 creditcard i use plus there $99.00 fee and cover the $2300.00 theey got paid. they said no garuantees but we can have youn making money in 10 days so you will be o n your way to making 10,000 a month. that may be true 2 years from now but that wont do me any good. i told them this wont make enough money to cover my bills, will defualt on everthing. i told then thats not what i wanted. all he mentioned was pay 1 dredit card and there fee, with ebay. I dont use ebay so i looked at there infomation. Ebay is a crapshoot. I found this site because i tried to find their real adress.  I told RYAN this is complicated its not what i thought or what the advertisement said. He told me its not rocket science. Ryan said email any time,. thats nice but this is not for me. I cant send them a letter saying so refund my money because the adress they gave me is wrong. you talk to them on the phone and he was irratted that i did not want to do this. He did not listen to me he kept repeating himself over and over till i gave in. I am So screwed.

Thank you for the information. keep strong. They tried to get me to pay half of a bill they said i owed. I said no. Then they tried to scare me with lawyers and bad credit reports. THey repeatedly called me a liar and say they are nice guys just tryinbg to help me. I told then nothing but nothank you and to plaese leave me alone for hour on the phone. at the end of the call some guy named Vince called me a liar and said idont want to do business with people like you and hung up on me. as for as i know they have not done any thing since. that was about aweek after my first report. I had to change ALL my credit cards and ask for any charge by i.m.g. be declined andnlet me know right away just to be safe. i have gotten several calls as of june 3,2012 from people and companies related and working in IMG to do one thing or another. IMG doesnt even tell workers in the same building what is going on with the "clients" they are suppose to be helping. i have told them all that my status as a client was canceled.

Darren - I am so sorry to hear about this as I got taken in the same way. I was outright lied to from the very beginning. I have filed reports to the following which I hope you will take the time to do as well. The more they hear about this company, the better. The Better Business Bureau, Utah (utah.bbb.org). Ken Sonnenberg continues to just change the company name because he gets so many complaints to the BBB. It's a good place to get the word out.

The Utah Attorney General, Mark Shurtleff (attorneygeneral.utah.gov) as well as the Attorney General for your state.

The FTC Bureau of Consumer Protection (www.ftc.gov). Though they can't get directly involved they do control the internet and business on it and can easily shut them down.

I wish you luck.... I personally have no intentions of giving up. If nothing else I'd like to see them out of business. Maybe they feel that living in Utah around Mormons will keep them safe even through their dirty dealings. Individuals that lie and steal as they do WILL end up getting what they are due!! These people are truly evil!!

BBB Rated F

Seems founder Ken Sonnenberg and all his scum companies KARMA has finally started to catch up with them.

Report them to the Utah Division of Consumer Protection. They seem to have the most teeth. Good luck.
