The deal empire I seen them on facebook and they were advertising a product for 19.99 so i went on and placed the order after it went thru they charged me 44.95 i immediatley emailed them and told them that i wanted to cancel my order right then and they would not respond and I sent the email about 5 times that day with no response i kept sending it that i wanted to cancel everyday i finally got an email 2 weeks later saying they cant cancel an order after its been shipped so 6 weeks later I get the order it is a scam it doesnt even work Internet
I saw this ad on facebook the company is The Deal Empire, they was advertising a product for 19.99 so i went on and ordered it after i finished the order it then charged me 44.95 i immediatley emailed them and told them about it and told them i wanted to cancel my order right now!!! they would not respond, i sent the email numerous times with no response until about 2 weeks later then they said cant cancel an order when its already been ordered, so 6 weeks later i get the product and its a scam it doesnt work so i am going to return it for a refund, well there is no paperwork with the order and the return address is in chinesse!! so i go on the site and try to do the chat with a customer service person to get the address, as soon as i say what i want and why it says someone will have to get back with me, well obivioulsy no one has or probably will so now i am just out the money and they need to be shut down. I am turning them into the BBB and im going to notify facebook about them also. Good luck hope no one else gets scammed by them.
