The Deal Empire I ordered a product and never received it, I try to call and email and I get no reply or answer. they are a rip off! Santa Ana or Irvine California

This is the email I received when i ordered

I ordered a product from this company and never received it but they took the money out of my account. I ordered the product on Nov. 24, 2016, I got an email saying it would be shipped in 72 hours. here we are on Dec. 6, 2016 and I still have not received it. I have emailed them and got no reply, and I have called and left a voicemail for them and got no return call back. when you call the number it tells you to wait on the line and when I do it forces you to leave a message and when you dont it hangs up on you.
