The Elizabeth Public Library - Systems Administrator Edwin Lopez LIBRARY EMPLOYEES COMMITTED TITLE 18 FEDERAL CRIMES & CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATIONS BY HACKING INTO LIBRARY PATRONS 2 PRIVATE EMAIL ACCOUNTS: THEY MALICIOUSLY DISABLED ATTACHMENTS,UNLAWFULLY SEIZED DOCUMENTS, INTERCEPTED AND COPIED PROTECTED CONFIDENTIAL FILES AND INTENDED ON CAUSING IRREPARABLE HARM TO AN INNOCENT MAN HAVING NO GROUNDS AND ABSOLUTELY NO PROBABLE CAUSE FOR THE UNLAWFUL MONITORING. My Email accounts were indeed hacked into by 1 or more Systems Administrators' employed at the Elizabeth Public Library located in Elizabeth New Jersey. They also copied confidential files, and unlawfully viewde and monitored content and information in violation of numerous State and Federal Regulations and Laws including but not limited to the Privacy Protection Act and the Electronic Communication Protection Act.
I have filed an online complaint with the INTERNET CRIME COMPLAINT CENTER, which works in partnership with the FBI. I also filed a Citizens Complaint with the local Elizabeth Police Department vis email. Below is a brief summation of what occured. But please visit:

Details: Perpetrators Hacked into Library Patrons' Yahoo Email account
Suspect #1: Edwin Lopez IT Systems Administrator-Elizabeth Library Employee
Suspect #1: Edgar DeJesus- IT Systems Technician/Adm-Elizabeth Library Employee
Note: The message below was sent via email to the Director of the Library on November 19, 2008 @ approximately 8:30PM
The following day Thursday November 19, 2008 @ approximately 3:00PM I went to speak with her personally, but she was not available. I left a message with her administrative assistant [Alexis] that this matter was so serious that the above suspects should be immediately suspended pending an investigation and should not be allowed access to the computer system, and to forward that message to the Director. So far they have been allowed to remain with the possibility of them tampering with evidence to cover their tracks. Even though the ICON that was left on my desktop is already a very incriminating piece of evidence
