Randy was Pushy and Rude! Did not want to show me the shoe I came in for. Started a 30-minute demonstration on arch supports I never asked for. Randy insisted my foot surgeon was incorrect in my foot support needs and insisted, even guaranteed, I needed the arch support set costing over $900. It took almost the hand of God to pull out of Randy prices of anything, and he continued to ignore my repeated requests for the price of the very item I came in for. Randy was pushy, touchy, and did not listen to my answers to the very questions he had asked me.
Randy was also inpatient and arrogant. After I had had enough and was ready to leave, Randy leaned into my 12" circle of personal space and insisted I purchase the numerous items we had discussed. Repeating for the 3rd time that I just needed a moment to make sure I can afford to spend almost $1000 for arch supports, he changed on a dime. He became rude, snippy, and snatched the items I was considering from my hand. He completely refused eye contact and kept repeating dismissively, "Thank you for coming in," "Thank you for coming in," "Thank you for coming in," until I left. A poor salesman and a poor Good Feet rep. -- definitely lost them a customer.
