The Greatest Vitamin In The World I canceled my order, but they processed it anyway and took $179.-- out of my checking account!!! INTERNET, INFOMERCIAL NATIONWIDE
At 4 am I ordered the Greatest Vitamin in the World off the TV infomercial. A few hours later, when I was fully awake, I realized that I got sucked into the informercial. I called customer service to cancel my order. They stated that I "was not in their database yet, and to call back tomorrow." For two days I called and told them to not place this order and not to take the funds out of my checking account.
Well, bottom line, today is 2/3/06 and they went ahead and processed my order. Two days ago, some guy named "Matt" called my cel and said he wanted to activate my web site...I told him that I have been trying to cancel the order, and not to activate anything.
So, even after multiple phone calls, they still took my money!!!
