the following is an email written to don lapre regarding my complaints:

Don,

I purchased your GREATEST VITAMIN Package after seeing it many times on TV, and also having purchased your other program about classified ads many years ago. Althought that program did;nt work for me, I did not find the right niche to get things rolling and soon let it sit in the closet. I never complained because the product was well written, and was a good value.

My account is pouliot32950. After buying the package, I quickly started immediately using the marketing tools and doing everything on the get started

papers that came with it. I had freinds post links on their websites. I spent hours and hours researching the products, posting flyers and finding leads, to doing responders, blogs, and ezynes. Some days after buying I got a call from your coaching staff saying they had an unbelievable package to promote

my site and put it into "overdrive". It was an upgraded Platinum package wth extra's. I was told I'd get all the benefits of the platinum package, in additin recieve 10 people under me, and 3,000 people garanteed traffic "monthly", plus $10 for each bottle sold. I wrote this down as the person was explaining it.

II didnt keep his name but I think it was Todd. All this for $295. SInce I had just been recently unemployed, and on a limited budget, I said I could'nt afford it and the person asked if I could borrow it as the program would reemburse it quickly. I asked if I could call him when I had it and get it for the same price and he agreed, giving me his number. He said it would take about 7-10 days to see results and call if I had any problems. After 3 weeks

I called and asked why my traffic wasnt showng up and what was the deal. I was told it can take up to 3-4 weeks to get things up to speed. I again waited and continued using other methods to post tra fic. Another month goes by and I noticed on the stats page it stated visitors to date: 189, and when I ran a stastic report for the same period it said 276, since I go into the site 1-2 times a day, of the 189, 58 of them were me. The numbers surely didnt add up. I called again and the woman told me she would send an email to her supervisor, and someone would call me, and put in for up traffic to get it rolling.NO ONE called. Again I waited. After 2 weeks I called again, this time rather irritated. I was then told my traffic was only 3,000 people a year, not monthly. I about went into a meltdown, as with the other times I called no one had even bothered to check. The person gave me additional 3000 for my troubles and said 4 weeks to see it appear. Everyone there gives give me a different number. After another 5 weeks I again called, the numbers still werent right and the traffic. I spoke to a woman, the again to Josh Ruth who finally admitted the person who gave me the add on traffic was no longer with you and it was never put in. He gave me 6,000 people add ons for my trouble. This was last week and I have to again wait? NOT

Don, this is all well and good everyone there has to rectify for what others make in mistakes. Teamwork and customer satisfaction are key to any business. Frankly I am finished. I would suggest you refund the $295 dollars, as I never recieved even what I was promised, your traffic numbers are way off, your people need to be consistent, and it's been almost 5 months and I haven't made a red cent. I am due 100 in commissions for bottles sold. Keep it and refund my money as a gesture of good faith, cancel my website, and consider this a lesson. I anticipate your full cooperation, and hope others dont have to go through what I have. I have invested hundreds of hours, and have waited long enough.

The 10 supposed independant advertisers under me I dont believe were real as none of them sold a single bottle. I believe it was a scam from the begining.

Since this letter Josh Ruth, a coaching supervisor promised me traffic of 9000 people a year in addition to the up'd traffic I was not given. This of course never happened. In fact The statistacal part of my website was "turned off" so I could not check the actual numbers flowing into my website. This continued for another 2 months and I continued to write to Josh Ruth with no response, or any response to my telephone calls. As far as Im concerned I am entitled to 10 times my investment as I was lied to from the very begining, and was told different stories every time i called. I have huindreds of hours vested into this business, and have not recieved a red cent in return.
